Then create a virtual cd-rom drive with the drive letter that mdk asked for the cd in. then download daemon tools from and install it. To solve this, install and run the d3d patch and see what drive mdk asks for a cd in. NOTE – it always asks for the cd in the lowest cd-rom drive letter available on your system, no matter what cd-drive you installed it from.
